  • Emotional Sobriety Education ? To understand and build a foundation for cognitive control
  • Emotional Sobriety Recognition ? To see the root cause of the problem and not just the symptom
  • Emotional Sobriety Critical Thinking Skills ? To learn from the outcome of the events and shift from emotional reactions to: well-thought out balanced decisions, dependable and predictable actions and mature accountability
